Location, Location, Location...This rental home is very near Disney by Animal Kingdom. You can't stay much closer to Disney and rent a home. Rolling Hills Estates is 1 and 1/2 miles south of RT192 from Disney's new Animal Kingdom. That is close!

An easy single story unique rental configuration - 2 full master bedroom suites with full private bathrooms each, 2 additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds each plus another full bathroom for these 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with all utensils and appliances you may need, nice living room with cable TV, heating and Air Conditioning of course, phone, screen enclosed pool with optional pool heater with deck furniture, BBQ, all safety items required by the County as this is licensed for short term rentals.

Why the unique configuration? A couple. 1st - if you are traveling with your kids and are bringing along the "in-laws" or a child sitter / nanny, you can reward your baby sitter(s) with there own private master bedroom suite for watching the kids in the evening while you get some needed quite time together at some of the fine Disney restaurants, or shows or clubs. How does that sound? 2nd - if you are traveling with another small family (friend or relative) and you do not exceed the legal maximum capacity, you both can split the home rental fee and each have your own private master bedroom suite. Cribs and roll-a-ways available for a small fee.

So why stay in a cramped room with no place to prepare food so you don't have to eat out all 3 meals a day, and share a common pool with everyone else with no privacy when you could stay this close to Disney with all the comforts of home. Compare the resort prices for a room with the price of this home and all of its advantages then you decide which is a better deal for you vacation. Everything you need is nearby including a grocery store. Remember the rate is for the entire home, not per person like the resorts.
