Please note that there is a 5 night minimum stay requirement. On 5 night or 6 night stays a $75.00 exit cleaning fee will be added. For 7 night or more stays, no exit cleaning fee will be charged. Thank you.

A $200.00 refundable (less damages other than normal wear) security deposit is required at time of booking to book and hold your dates and rate. Things like broken glasses, damaged fork in disposal, etc. you will NOT be charged. You are on vacation. This is usually returned in a week or so after exit cleaning and inspection is completed.
 

The full rental rate is due 1 month prior to your arrival. I accept checks (drawn on USA banks and payable in US dollars), money orders, or PayPal.

NOTE: You choose your arrival day of the week and your departure day of the week. You DO NOT have to stay Saturday to Saturday for example. Minimum stay of 5 nights, and for additional nights just add the appropriate rental fee and taxes. Monthly rates available upon request.

A word about these rates. These rates are much lower than the rates of the Disney's moderate hotel rates. Yet you get an entire vacation home instead of a hotel room and not per person.

NOTE: Be sure to ask for discount when booking 3 weeks or longer
